You're Too Crafty

So Long Summer.....

Summer is over {sigh}. Dang. Was that NOT the shortest summer in history?? I think it was. My blogging pretty much ceased. I have thousands of pictures from our summer days...and absolutely no ambition to post them. There are just way too many! Oh well....someday I might put them up...or not.

Guess it's time to get excited for fall! I have pumpkin bread in the oven...and soup simmering on the stove. I even have a nasty cough which totally makes it feel like fall. And even though it is still hot outside....I am totally getting into the season. I'm even going to admit that I started decorating for Halloween yesterday!! ha!

it's quiet around here...

and I am missing these two like crazy!

They usually spend alot of time at their dads during the summer. When they are gone, our extremely busy household is just too quiet! But they are busy racing BMX, hanging out with their buddies, trying to earn extra money doing odds and ends, and doing all those things that teenage boys do.

While I know that spending time with their dad is so important for them, it is so hard for me to share! I hope they know how much they are missed! (They should know since I can't go a day without calling them and bugging them with questions about how they are doing, what they are up to, and telling them how much I love them. I am pretty obnoxious about it...but I can't help it! I adore these two!) Love you guys!

I have made it for 15 years being a mother of boys, without one single stitch.

A few broken bones, yes....

a couple concussions, yes....

but not stitches.

How did I know this little guy would change that.

Good thing he is tough, because his mother sure isn't.

That's just plain gross.
